Concert never changed from postponed

Hi, my Partynextdoor concert that was supposed to be on July 9 was cancelled a couple days before. The status of the concert is still “postponed” and hasn’t changed to rescheduled or cancelled so I cannot get my money back. I was told it usually takes a month but it’s been a while now. How long should I be expecting to wait? Thanks !

It's hard to say how long it will take.  It depends on when the official event organizer changes it to "canceled" as opposed to postponed.  Could be months.

Or could be almost a year as in my case. It is January 2025 and my concert was supposed to be in April 2024. No word yet on anything and out almost $500!

How do we find out who the official event organizer is?  Our concert was scheduled for August 2024 and postponed. The band has already rescheduled their tour and our venue is not on the list
