StubHub did not done anything to try and correct my order when I received the wrong tickets. I contacted StubHub immediately, returned the incorrect tickets, gave the time they asked for to they to correct my order or supply alternative tickets, nothing happened for weeks on StubHubs part. After weeks of several phone calls to their horrible customer service that is useless, I finally got frustrated, gave up on the tickets, and asked for a refund. Weeks later and several phone calls later, still no refund, StubHubs excuse, "It is under review", even though I returned the wrong tickets and have been in communication with customer service for weeks, they would not issue my refund. I finally gave up on trying to resolve it with StubHub since customer service does not provide any solutions and I was just wasting time. Left with no choice, I had to open a case with my credit card company and Better Business Bureau. Buyers beware, StubHub does not care about you, they only care to take your money and charge unreasonable fees, I spent almost $200 in StubHub fees for 2 tickets. They are quick to take your money, but will fight you to comparable tickets or a refund in hopes you just give up and they keep your money.
