StubHub did not done anything to try and correct my order when I received the wrong tickets.   I contacted StubHub immediately, returned the incorrect tickets, gave the time they asked for to they to correct my order or supply alternative tickets, nothing happened for weeks on StubHubs part.   After weeks of several phone calls to their horrible customer service that is useless, I finally got frustrated, gave up on the tickets, and asked for a refund.   Weeks later and several phone calls later, still no refund, StubHubs excuse, "It is under review", even though I returned the wrong tickets and have been in communication with customer service for weeks, they would not issue my refund.   I finally gave up on trying to resolve it with StubHub since customer service does not provide any solutions and I was just wasting time.  Left with no choice, I had to open a case with my credit card company and Better Business Bureau.   Buyers beware, StubHub does not care about you, they only care to take your money and charge unreasonable fees, I spent almost $200 in StubHub fees for 2 tickets.  They are quick to take your money, but will fight you to comparable tickets or a refund in hopes you just give up and they keep your money. ... Do Not Buy From StubHub - Horrible Customer Service I purchased NIN tickets from StubHub on 1/30/2025 I received incorrect tickets from StubHub on 1/30/2025 I immediately contacted StubHub that same day to inform them and they asked for the end that week to correct my order. I followed up with StubHub on 2/3, they asked for another week. I followed up again on 2/10, StubHub asked for another week to correct my order. I followed up again on 2/17, when StubHub asked for more time again, I asked for a refund and returned the incorrect tickets. Stub Hub now has the incorrect tickets and said they would issue a refund within 8 business days. Contacted StubHub again on 2/21 to be informed that my refund had not been processed and was "under review". I responded that my tickets had been returned and StubHub needed to provide a refund in a timely manner, at most in 7 to 10 business days like their policy states. Contacted StubHub on 2/24 and was told again 8 business days. Followed up today 3/5 and they are still saying it's under review. I have allowed StubHub their requested time and more to correct my order, when that did not happen, to issue a refund. They are still not willing to process a refund so I having to open a case with the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company to get this corrected since StubHub will not and does not care. ... StubHub customer service is horrible when it comes to correcting their order issues and they make it the customers problem.  I should have read all of the horror and upset customer stories and just requested a refund when my order went wrong.  But even after allowing StubHub the time they asked for to correct the situation and returning my tickets, I am still pushing StubHub to issue my refund one month later.   Their customer service contact me, stating they would look into this, and after several days & messages, this was their reply yet again trying to leave this open ended and not providing any solutions or even trying to make this better:   Thanks for that! Purchased tickets from StubHub, received the wrong tickets, contacted Stubhub with no action on their part, ask how long this process would take, allowed the time Stub Hub asked for 4 different times over 4 weeks.  I returned the incorrect tickets as StubHub requested.  Needless to say like many other customer complaints, I do not have tickets and now working towards getting a refund.  After reading several reviews, StubHub does not uphold its guarantee of providing comparable tickets if something goes wrong.  Customer service is horrible, StubHub is not a good service provider at all. ...
