I purchased an MLB ticket for the game on March 27 and April 2, but I have not received my tickets yet. I have already booked a flight specifically for this game, which cost me $5,000. Simply receiving a refund is not sufficient compensation if I do not get my ticket. When I used this site last year, I did not experience any issues like this. I believe the platform should enforce stricter penalties on sellers, such as canceling the transaction if the seller fails to send the ticket to the buyer within three days. If I do not hear from the seller soon, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and consider taking legal action.
