I had someone trying to buy tickets (fraud) through my account last year and after repeatedly reporting the issue Stubhub deactivated my account. My issue is that I used that account to sell my Taylor Swift tickets. I have called and emailed more times than I can count to try and get access to my account again with no help at all. They just tell me each time that they have escalated the issue to be fixed. Fast forward a YEAR and still nothing. Now I am due to be paid for those tickets. Tomorrow is the 8th day after the event and still nothing. How will I be paid if I have no access to my account? Noone at Stubhub will help be, they just blow me off each time. But a year?! I feel like my only option now is to contact an attorney. They owe me over $12,000. Can anyone help? Thanks!!
