Asked for refund TWICE before the event, am now being told I didn't. I have proof.

I purchased a parking pass for an event on March 21st at 10am.

I noticed a problem with my ticket at 5:30am - it was for the wrong parking lot, AND the ticket said I'd be towed if I hadn't given them my license plate. I opened up the virtual chat assistant and asked for a refund. It said no. I asked for a phone number to call. It said there is no public number and I should try to resell it. So I did - at a loss, hoping to get money back. StubHub then told me it was for the wrong address (WHICH IS WHY I WANTED A REFUND), and I couldn't sell it. BUT - they gave me a phone number to call.

I called the phone number, and spoke to a human being. He told me he'd submit the request for my refund. Now, two days later I've spoken to THREE people who have all told me I didn't contact them before the event and they can't refund me. Here's the thing --

I have screenshots of the entire virtual chat. However, miraculously, they have no record of my phone call, cannot look up the virtual chat, and told me that if I was "unresponsive" in the chat they don't store it. That's complete garbage. They have given me every line in the book to tell me it's my fault I'm not getting a refund.

I finally got through to a "supervisor" who was no more help, and told me I should have called them (which I did).

My next step is to mail their legal department

I will send the screenshots to whomever will listen to me, but they won't. StubHub is a trash business who don't stand by their tickets. Stay away.
