I had bought tickets for Jon Pardi in Wilmington NC for Sept 6 weekend. He canceled and rescheduled for Nov 1 2024.
We couldn’t go to the new date due to a school function and decided to sell back on stub hub.
Fortunately now we are able to go so I deactivated the sale of my tickets and now I can’t find my tickets with the barcode.
Customer service hasn’t been very helpful.
