Can’t find tickets

I had bought tickets for Jon Pardi in Wilmington NC for Sept 6 weekend. He canceled and rescheduled for Nov 1 2024.
We couldn’t go to the new date due to a school function and decided to sell back on stub hub.
Fortunately now we are able to go so I deactivated the sale of my tickets and now I can’t find my tickets with the barcode.
Customer service hasn’t been very helpful.

How were the tix transferred to you? If from Ticketmaster then your tix should be in your Ticketmaster account.
