Purchased tickets from StubHub, received the wrong tickets, contacted Stubhub with no action on their part, ask how long this process would take, allowed the time Stub Hub asked for 4 different times over 4 weeks. I returned the incorrect tickets as StubHub requested. Needless to say like many other customer complaints, I do not have tickets and now working towards getting a refund. After reading several reviews, StubHub does not uphold its guarantee of providing comparable tickets if something goes wrong. Customer service is horrible, StubHub is not a good service provider at all.
I am having the exact same issue. I asked for replacement tickets. Now they are telling me that I asked for a refund which is a blatant lie.
Their horrible customer service wore me out, still waiting for a refund and I returned the wrong tickets weeks ago. Good luck with your battle.
