Does the name on the ticket need to be changed?

Hi all,

Can and should I change the name on the ticket or nothing to worry about? Currently on original owner's name.

Also, can one re-sell an already second hand ticket?

If the venue or the event has a policy of matching ID to ticket name (usually not the case unless it is a high profile event) then you will not have a problem.

Hi, I have a question. Is it possible to change the name of the tickets if it’s absolutely mandatory? I am going to a Taylor swift concert in July, and the stadium checks id’s and the name of the ticket.

How can we change the name? we have to contact the buyer, but stubhub cannot connect seller and buyer to each other

Try calling Stubhub at 866-788-2482 and ask them to reach out to the seller on your behalf.
