I bought tickets for an event being held in December as a Christmas gift for my parents. They cost almost $700. Drive nearly an hour to get to th venue. Tickets were never released by the seller and after 4 live chats and a phone call, literally all I was offered was my money refunded and a coupon.... seriously? As if I would ever use this site again to purchase tickets of any kind. Maybe they should get reliable sellers or hold them accountable for scamming the customers out of their hard earned money. NEVER NEVER USING THIS SITE AGAIN!!!!
