General admission options

I wanna buy 2 tickets for the ARC MUSIC FEST
there is 2 options:
1. General admission with hour on it “11.00” but subject to change,
And the..
2. General admission without hour on it “TBA”,

What is the meaning of both tickets?
Can anyone explain please, thank you 🙏🏽

We are changing the way you register and sign-in to the StubHub Community. After the switch, you will enter the email address you use to access the community in order to reset your password. You will enter your community username and new password and done!
