Have you been defrauded by Stubhub?

Stubhub recently stole $600 from me after a seller sent me fake tickets.  They will not look into the issue, or provide me with a refund.  Its been 50 days since I raised the issue.

Has anyone else had money stolen from them by Stubhub?  How did you deal with it?  Does filing a dispute with your credit card company work?

Yes dispute it with your credit card ASAP; however make sure you have no pending tickets with them before you do. They will probably lock or delete your account. It’s unacceptable that they wouldn’t look into this for you. Good luck.
