How long does it take StubHub to recognize a wildcard game is cancelled?

I bought ticket to Ford field for the wildcard game. That game has been cancelled. The wild card game will not be in Detroit.

My concert was canceled all the way back in April 2024. All communications have stopped, the event sits as postponed on the site and I have tried like hell to get my money refunded to me and can't! This has been a huge mistake to use this site for tickets!
