Tickets I bought to a concert that was cancelled days before it happened in July is still “postponed” so I can’t get a refund. People have told me to just wait but it’s been almost five months which is crazy. Anything I can do? How long have you had to wait for your concert status to change from “postponed”? At this point I’m frustrated and just want my money back 😞
