How to initiate a refund process for named ticket

Hello StubHub community,

Does anybody know how I can initiate refund procedure other than calling a Support?

The ticket I received clearly states that ID verification is required for entry. I have already contacted the venue directly, and they confirmed that named tickets are non-transferable and that ID verification is indeed mandatory for entry due to security reasons. Unfortunately, this means I will not be permitted to use the ticket I purchased

You can call 866-Stubhub. But, I think that Stubhub is going to tell you that they won’t refund you right now based on an assumed ID required entry. You might have to try to use the tix and actually get refused entry before they will even consider a refund request.

You may give 866-Stubhub a ring. However, based on an imagined ID necessary entry, I believe Stubhub will inform you that they will not be returning your money at this time. Before they will even consider a refund request, you may need to attempt to use the ticket and be denied admittance.
