Is there an issue with AXS on android? I purchased tickets a few weeks ago to two events, one was last week and I was told there is nothing that can be done until just before the event. Needless to say tickets never came, two hours on the phone on my way to event, everything on my end was correct and confirmed. Seller retransferred tickets that was also confirmed, but they never show and I missed the show and wasted several hours. Am I am still waiting for a refund on the tickets.
Same thing for this week, I am doing my best to get it sorted a few days early but am getting exactly the same script and being told to wait until an hour before the event even though I'm getting emails to say tickets were send and available and now got an email to say seller retransferred tickets but they still don't show..
Based on the number on how many 1 star reviews on android store this must be an issue with the android app, any ideas how to fix it?
