Missing ticket transfer email

Still awaiting tickets and concert is tomorrow! Panicking as we’ve laid way over the face value! I’ve tried emailing and leaving a voice note with no response! Last email said check emails but nothing at all! What shall I do? Will I get the money back?

Hello. Your tickets may not be in an email from Stubhub. They may be in an email from the original ticket provider. Check for an email from Ticketmaster, the team, artist, venue, Live Nation etc. Be sure to check junk. Try calling 866-788-2482. Good luck. Hope they show up.
