I bought a ticket to see Springsteen in Milan next summer. There was a notice that ID would be checked against the name on the ticket. I was naive enough to think that StubHub wouldn't be selling a ticket that I can't use but when I accessed the ticket there it is with someone else's name (the seller?). Is there some way for me to use this ticket or do I need to try to resell it (at considerable loss) .... and I guess whoever buys it from me won't be able use it either. Why list tickets that can't be used except by the seller???
