Purchasing tickets

Hello Iam wondering if anyone knows what I can do about buying concert tickets and the night of we got held up in a bad wreck and we didn’t get to see the show is there anything i can do about this issue? If you know plz let me know thanks

There is nothing that can be done.  It's bad luck that happened to you but it is not a refundable issue that you were stuck in traffic.
