Stub Hub customer service

The Stub Hub customer service is terrible. I purchased tickets to the Aerosmith concert in 2023. The concert was cancelled in Aug 2024. I orginally asked for a refund however they couldn't refund the money because our credit card was cancelled in May 2024 by BOA due to fraud on our account. Since Aug 2024 I have been asking for the money to be put on my Stub Hub account. The customer service department is incompentent of doing this. Every time I call they say they are esculating it but nothing ever happens. It's as simple as gettting a new wallet code. They keep telling me to give them my Paypal account (which I do not have one). I want the money back on my Stub Hub account. How hard is that? I am to the point of getting a lawyer involved and when I do Stub Hub won't be happy. Anyone have the Executive teams contact information? I would greatly appreciate it. TIA.

I don’t have any information on contacting anyone above the phone support team. But, when there is an issue that’s beyond the normal things they handle, it is incredibly difficult to get anything done through stubhub customer service.

I had a slightly complex issue and it took me 8 weeks of calling weekly with a minimum of an hour on the phone with Stubhub per week before i finally got someone who would make the extra effort to help and finally processed my refund.

Only thing you can do is keep calling until you get someone who will actually help.

I have done that and every time I call I get someone who is very hard to understand and they keep giving me the same answer. Instead of trying to help they argue everything I say. Not very customer oriented.
