The Stub Hub customer service is terrible. I purchased tickets to the Aerosmith concert in 2023. The concert was cancelled in Aug 2024. I orginally asked for a refund however they couldn't refund the money because our credit card was cancelled in May 2024 by BOA due to fraud on our account. Since Aug 2024 I have been asking for the money to be put on my Stub Hub account. The customer service department is incompentent of doing this. Every time I call they say they are esculating it but nothing ever happens. It's as simple as gettting a new wallet code. They keep telling me to give them my Paypal account (which I do not have one). I want the money back on my Stub Hub account. How hard is that? I am to the point of getting a lawyer involved and when I do Stub Hub won't be happy. Anyone have the Executive teams contact information? I would greatly appreciate it. TIA.
I have done that and every time I call I get someone who is very hard to understand and they keep giving me the same answer. Instead of trying to help they argue everything I say. Not very customer oriented.
