Stub hub not allowing reply to private message

The problem is not that something else came up.  I got the wrong venue.  I am not going to fly from Utah to New York just to go to this event.  I contacted someone right after I realized the mistake and there should be some contingency for this. You would see how easy it is to make this mistake when you want tickets for SLC If I could upload my screenshot.

they just sold me fake tickets. doubt you will get much help.

If you received incorrect tickets for a venue that you did not purchase then call Stubhub for help 866-Stubhub.

If you purchased the wrong venue then that is on you and Stubhub will not refund or exchange those tickets.  You will have to resell and buy for the correct venue.  You can also call Stubhub if you need help listing those tickets.
