Hi, I purchased tickets for an event at a small-ish venue and after purchasing the tickets, I realized that this event is not listed on the venue's website for this night. However, this event name is listed on the venue's site for a later date (over a week later). I am unable to attend the later date and purchased these tickets assuming the date listed was the correct date. What are my options? Am I able to get a refund since the event date was listed incorrectly?
