I purchased tickets for my parents to their first NFL game through StubHub. My dad is a huge fan of the Dolphins and as a Father's Day gift, I bought him and my mom tickets to a game. I have the order receipt showing the $256 purchase for two tickets in the upper bowl. The tickets were sent to an account at Ticketmaster that doesn't exist and after weeks trying to chase down answers with StubHub, I'm told 4 days before the event that they will do nothing. I'm a teacher who can't afford to buy additional tickets and just need help getting access to the tickets I've paid for. If anyone can please help me, I'd be so grateful.
