I recently purchased a Ticket for Parking at the Ford Idaho Center in Boise, Idaho through StubHub. Upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that I had been charged over **eight times** the onsite parking fee. This excessive markup is completely unacceptable. To be clear, I trusted StubHub as a reliable platform to enhance my event experience, not to exploit it with egregious overpricing. Had I been informed that onsite parking was available at a fraction of StubHub's price, I would never have considered booking through StubHub. In light of this, I have reached out to StubHub and expect a prompt response explaining why StubHub deems such an inflated price acceptable, as well as a full refund for the parking overcharge.
Hi @klwarnock
Stubhub does not set the price. Rather the price is set by the seller. Sometimes the tickets are listed well in excess of the cost and sometimes it is below the cost. to set expectations, it is unlikely that you will get a refund for the purchase.
The fact that StubHub does not protect their consumers from such a gross overcharge such as this, is absolutely unacceptable.
