Wrong Tickets. Now refused a refund

Early January we bought 2 day passes to a show in April. We received 1 day passes and immediately contacted customer service. Since then they have repeatedly sent us the wrong tickets and now we are being told the right tickets will be sent the day of the event, however it can’t be cancelled and we can’t have a refund. How can I trust this company to send me the right tickets when I’ve already received the wrong ones multiple times. My event is 4 hours away and I’m supposed to drive there to not be able to attend the show I’ve anticipated for months. Not only out the money, but have wasted so much time with this company. I will never purchase from here again and I will tell anyone who will listen about this HORRIBLE experience
