Hello, I purchased 4 tickets for Sabrina Carpenter for November 1, 2025. However, my tickets have no seat number (though all tickets sold for this concert have seat numbers on StubHub, except for mine). Also, the row given to me by StubHub is invalid and doesn't exist in the venue (Section 103, row 21). The location of this row 21 in section 103 is actually a handicapped section, and is labeled by the venue, as well as StubHub, as row 103WC. I am bringing up these red flags to your attention now, while there is time to fix it. My kids are ecstatic about the concert, and they will be heartbroken if we get shut down on the day of the concert. The invalid row number, even per StubHub venue seating chart, as well as the handicapped location of the row, indicates to me that I will not be getting valid tickets. Can you please help figure out this issue?
