Hi,
I bought 4 tickets to Charli XCX in Chicago. I received an email from StubHub that my concert tickets were ready. I went to the official app and found my order and then clicked "claim tickets" which took me to what look like the actual tickets on securemypass.com. There was a rolling barcode and they look legit, but they can't be downloaded at all. I reached out to support and the computer assistant said securemypass.com is not an official StubHub partner and that I could be getting scammed, but the human agent said the link I got could have been provided due to restrictions with transferring tickets from the seller. I just need reassurance that securemypass.com is legit because the internet and StubHub support is giving me mixed reviews.
These are not just my tickets they are my friends tickets too and I don't want to be responsible for ruining everyone's night if we get to the venue and find out they are fake. Thank you in advance!
