Incorrect Event Information

Are you aware of recent changes to an event? Do you see a discrepancy in the event details we have on-site versus the primary?  Let us know about it by commenting below!

To help us address and review the issue as quickly as possible, please make sure to include all of the following details: 

• Event name
• Link to the event on StubHub.com
• Link to the event from the primary ticket provider (other secondary marketplaces will not be accepted)
• What is wrong (date/time, venue, rescheduled/postponed, etc.)
• What is correct (what the primary has)

We will forward all of this information to our events team who will work to verify the discrepancies and update the site!

Due to the volume of requests, we won't be able to respond to any posts on this board so rest assured, we will escalate it as soon as the request has been submitted here. 

*Our events team works in order of event date which can cause delays in resolution but we can assure you they are being worked through as fast as possible. 

Please use the Map Errors on Site board for events with an incorrect map rather than posting your event details on this thread directly.

Wilco, Filene Center at Wolf Trap

[cannot provide link to original ticket seller -- your site is rejecting it for containing "a bad word"(?), so I will attach a screen cap.]

 1. Seats in right loge are even #s only, while left loge are odd.  I have listed 2 even-numbered seats that are together, F 30 & 32, but my listing and others appear as if there is a seat 31 between them.  There is not.

2. The seat map on StubHub makes it appear as though the the upper level (boxes and loge) seats are *behind* the lawn, rather than in front of the lawn and directly *above* the rear orchestra sections. Maps on the site for Wolf Trap tickets depict this much more accurately.
