Refund

Hello! I bought two tickets for me and my daughter for Billie Eilish show in Seattle for Friday Dec 6, 2024. We drove from Calgary, Canada to see the concert. We artist the hotel in Seattle at around 1.30 pm on Dec 6, but my husband a seizure and we went to the hospital all day, so we couldn’t make it to the concert. I am sure there is a way to check that the tickets were never scanned, I can send you papers from the hospital to prove we were there. Is there a way that we can get refunded please? I am in a desperate situation and a refund would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Florentina

Sorry but you can't get a refund because of a medical emergency.  No site, whether Ticketmaster or a third party site, would do that.

I hope your husband is doing better as that is the most important.  Did you buy insurance for the event?  If you did not then it is unlikely that you will get a refund.  The seller sent you tickets.  Stubhub facilitated the sale.  IF you could not go you could have always put the tickets back up for sale on Stubhub.
