Barcodes on MLB tickets

When I listed 2 tickets, I retrieved the bar codes from the MLB tickets.  (they're not on my Apple Wallet ticket copies). Last night I got a message from StubHub of a buyer, but something was wrong with the barcodes.  Cannot not retrieve the tickets from MLB BallPark to verify the barcodes ~ and it seems like it's too late now to sell to the intended buyer.  Not sure how to check barcodes on tickets or listing.  (first time selling) or how to reach any customer support.

If they are MLB tix then they should be in the BallPark app so not sure why you can't get the bar codes.  Some teams do not release the bar codes until 48 hours before the game so that could be a reason why you ar enot seeing bar codes.  Stubhub support is 866-Stubhub, but I don't know how much help they will be.

Thanks for your reply.   I contacted support and they were helpful. Whatever the issue was with the ticket barcodes, they managed to resolve the problem and the tickets' sale went through.
