Barcodes will not upload

Hey all, I have sold 10 tickets to a Rangers game, and none of the codes will upload, and SH has been no help. I sent pictures to an online form they sent, and I still get threatening emails to upload tickets or face $ punishments. Any ideas?

2 possible reasons.  First when you enter bar codes if there are letters make sure they are capitalized. Second Stubhub may not have activated barcodes for Rangers. They only turned on barcodes for Yankess few days ago
