The Stubhub app glitched when I was making a listing (or that is my assumption). I'm not exactly sure how a 2nd listing was created. But somehow, there were apparently 2 listings created within StubHub at exactly the same time for the exact same tickets. Even if I tried to create 2 listings with the same tickets (which I obviously did not intend to do), you would think the StubHub system would be smart enough to prevent this. Anyway, both listings sold before I even realized there was a 2nd listing. So I could only complete the first sale. But I was charged the full amount ($200) for the second sale, which is a total scam. If a buyer makes a purchase that is later cancelled, the buyer is not charged (ie, gets their money back). Stubhub does not give the buyer the extra money for the hassle of making a purchase that was later cancelled. So StubHub simply pockets the charge they placed on me. Plus they kept their fee (10%) on the first sale that was completed. This is a total scam. StubHub system glitches and creates a 2nd listing without your knowledge and then charges you the full amount for the sale despite the fact that Stubhub isn't actually out anything. I will try to tell this story as often as I can and in as many venues as I can because it's absolutely infuriating. I will also avoid using StubHub whenever I can from here on out.
