Dispute form not working

I received an email from StubHub informing me that "a charge has been applied on the following order" on a ticket sale. There is a link to dispute the charge, and it opens when I click on the link. I have tried to submit the form multiple times with Chrome, Edge, and Firefox and always receive an error:

Has anyone had success submitting this form? I've reached out to customer service, but still have not received payment and they've told me the fastest way to get my problem addressed is via this dispute form.

I am facing the exact same issue. Tried to submit and the link is broken. Would appreciate if anyone has had success with this form or the best possible way to resolve this

1) Suggest you contact customer service directly at 866-788-2482. They will collect information from you and tee-up the dispute, but aren't empowered to actually do anything

2) File a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I got results in 1 day after I did this.
