I have a sale from back in July, and another from back in October, both events already took place a month ago or longer, both sales were successfully completed, and I still haven't been paid out for them.
I called twice, both times I was told I'd receive payout within 8 business days, and still nothing.
I send a direct message on this platform two weeks ago, and never received a response.
Please assist!
But... didn't the kind customer service rep based in some third-world hellhole explain to you that the issue was escalated to a group that would respond within a few days? Weren't you all set after that?!? (I don't think I've ever received the response within the promised time frame, to the extent I received a response at all).
Because, god forbid you should be able to speak to someone fluent in English that can immediately resolve a relatively straight-forward matter and deliver on a promise/commitment that was made.
That's funny, that actually is pretty much what happened, almost verbatim! LOL
and you're right on response, the second time I called and was given the same script, they said there was no update posted on my escalation, but not to worry, they'll escalate again and it'll get taken care of 🙄
And here I am beyond the number of days that was stated, still not taken care of...
