Yeah it’s really bad for sellers. When it was first introduced, at lease if you’re tickets were the only ones in a given row, they’d be shown. They only hid tickets in the same row that were usually higher priced. Now they had entire rows in sections and sometimes only “recommend” one listing. It makes no sense. If some tickets are in row B and some in row D, couldn’t a customer possibly pick the more expensive tickets in row b, because they want to be closer? But that will be completely hidden and most buyers will never see the listing.
Besides hurting sellers, this is also very deceptive to buyers. It’s basically tricking a buyer into thinking inventory is a lot more limited and/or not letting them choose their tickets based on viewing all available.
Yes i get that filter can be toggled off. But when it’s on by default, how many users even know or go looking to discover it’s on?
