Options to sell group of tickets separately not available

I have a listing for Tim McGraw and have 6 General Admission (no reserved seats) tickets available. Why are none of these options available?

Any number of tickets may be purchased
All tickets must be purchased together
Prevent one ticket remaining unsold
Prevent one or three tickets remaining unsold

I only see this:

There should be options to allow the tickets to be sold individually. Any idea what's going on here?
