Payment never received

Sale of tickets and event is over two weeks ago. 

Payment methods are current and up to date. 

ZERO availibilty of Customer Service / CX from Stubhub. (LAME) 

Any clues on how to adress or contact Stubhub.

Payment is 5-8 business days so has the 2 week period covered 8 business days? You can call Stubhub at 866-Stubhub.
