Sale proceeds

I just sold two tickets for a show in late April.

 

What justifies StubHub in holding my sales proceed for more than THREE months?

 

Please someone have a good answer to this.

 

We must find a better way.

Since Covid, Stubhub and almost all of the reseller sires, pay sellers after the event to ensure the event occurs and that there is no issue with the tickets.  It is covered in terms and conditions.
