Seller Delivery Date Question

I listed tickets for sale, but the latest delivery date Stubhub would allow was 7 days before the event.  I will not receive the tickets from the venue until 2 days before the event.  How do I advise a potential purchaser of this?  It is a popular event so I assume this is well known.
