I purchased tickets in November for Lion King in Tampa. The seller was to deliver tickets by April 10th for the April 12th event. The seller supposedly has a "good" rating. FedEx has made their delivery for the day, so they aren't coming today. I've been promised equal or better seating by tomorrow if tickets don't show.
LOL you might not get "equal or better" seating.
If, and I stress if, there are tickets available you will get offered replacement tickets for the same price range that you paid for your tickets. So if prices have gone up since your purchase then you will be offered worse seats that are the same price range as what you paid. If there are "better" seats available you will not be offered those if they are priced higher than what you paid.
If you are not offered replacement tickets or they are in a location that you don't want then your only option will be to get a refund.
