Selling Taylor Swift tickets that Ticketmaster won't send to me until within 3 days of the concert

Hi,

I currently have Taylor Swift tickets for the November 3rd concert in Indianapolis listed.  Ticketmaster's website has the follow message on my dashboard:  "Your tickets will be ready prior to event – anytime after 8:00pm on Thu, Oct 31, 2024 (we'll email you a reminder when they're ready)."

My StubHub listing won't let me choose a ticket delivery date later than October 20th.  How are issues like this typically handled?

Call Stubhub 866-Stubhub and ask them to set the delivery date for you
