Selling tickets

I bought 2 ND-Army tickets through StubHub and the purchase was confirmed. I then later decided to sell the tickets and had them listed on StubHub for sale and the listing was confirmed. I received a purchase confirmation through StubHub and the email of the buyer. The buyer is requesting the tickets but I haven't received them and may not receive them until the game date. I thought StubHub directly transfers the sold tickets.

First the buyer should not be reaching out to you.

Stubhub will not automatically transfer the tickets. You will have to transfer them when you receive. What in hand date did you use for your ticket listing
