Sold tickets as a meet up sale, but buyer won't reply to my emails to arrange a meet up and won't confirm transfer

I sold a ticket to the Dec 3, 2024 Billie Eilish concert with meet up required in the listing. I sent him an email with the ticket receipt and a screenshot of the ticket from my phone. I've emailed the email given to arrange a meetup 5 times with no reply. When I try to confirm transfer buyer rejects transfer. What should I do?

Meetup sales are not allowed on Stubhub, could be why your buyer is rejecting the transfer. There is not supposed to be any communication with your buyer. You will be getting dinged with a penalty by Stubhub.
