StubHub keeps asking me to upload tickets it knows I don't have yet

I am trying to sell a couple of tickets to Gypsy that I can't use. Telecharge doesn't make purchased tickets to shows like Gypsy downloadable until 14 days before the performance. Since this is standard procedure StubHub must know this. Yet it keeps sending me letters asking me to upload the tickets now if I want my listing to remain up. This is annoying and stress-inducing. Why does StubHub do this?

What did you enter as your in hand date?  If you indicated that you had the tickets you will keep getting reminder emails.  You can call Stubhub at 866-788-2482 and ask them to change the in hand date
