What happens if I sold tickets last month initiated the transfer through Ticketmaster, but it still shows as pending? If the buyer doesn’t accept by the start of the concert, am I allowed to cancel the sale without being dinged so I can go?
Do not cancel the sale as you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the sale. As long as you transferred to the correct email AND confirmed the transfer in your open sales in your Stubhub account you will be paid 5-8 business days after the event. I find that buyers either accept right away or wait until a day or two before event to accept.
