Unable to upload tickets

I've been trying to upload to tickets to the taylor swift concert. My listing is active but I cannot seem to upload the tickets. The option to upload tickets is missing entirely. When I click on " see actions ", delete and deactivate are the 2 options available.

I understand your concern, once you get a buyer, StubHub will provide you the instructions how to upload them.
With the buyer's information, Taylor Swift events have been by account surrender.
