The tracking may not return the scan details right away, however, if you used the label we provided and you can see the tracking has been added, you're all set. Once the tickets are scanned as delivered, that will update to confirmed on our end. Also, if the buyer reaches out to ask where their tickets are, any agent that handles the buyer will look at the tracking and provide the buyer with the necessary info.
