WHY IS STUB HUB NOT RECOMMENDING THE SALE OF MY TICKETS FOR THE DAYTONA 500?

Before a potential buyer sees my tickets for the Daytona 500, he is required to remove the "recommended" filter.  Why does Stub Hub accept my listing for these tickets, Listing 8407805118, and then not recommend those tickets for being purchased?
