transfering ETIX theatre tickets

I used the Etix link to transfer each of 3 tickets, but did not get a verification from ETIX or the recipient.

Hi @Georgia1 

You can try calling Etix 1-800-514-3849.  I believe that most etix arrive as a pdf.  If so call StubHub at 866-788-2482 and change ticket type. You can then upload tickets to complete the sale
